The Lindy USB 2.0 Cat.6 Extender extends the distance between four USB peripheral devices and the computer up to distances of 60m using a single Cat.5e/6 or higher network cable. For best performance and compatibility, we recommend the use of solid core patched cables.
The Extender is a two part hardware solution comprising a transmitter that connects directly to your computer and a receiver that connects to the USB device.
It is perfect for use with USB 2.0 devices such as storage devices, printers, scanners, mice and keyboards. The included power supply ensures secure and uninterrupted electricity supplies.
Please note: This product contains one USB 2.0 hub, which needs to be considered if the product is deployed in a larger installation in connection with other devices.
