This Lindy USB 3.2 Gen 1 & HDMI® 4K60 HDBaseT Extender can be used to extend the distance between 2 host computers and a console with 2 HDMI® displays and USB peripheral devices by up to 100m. Supports multiple USB signals, control, bulk, interrupt and isochronous data transfer.
A Cat.6A or above network cable* (not included) is used to bridge the connection between the transmitter and the receiver unit at the maximum supported distance of 100m (328.08ft).
The Extender features Power over Cable, which requires a single power supply only to be connected either to the transmitter unit or to the receiver unit. The Transmitter has 2 Type C switchable host ports, one of them supports Power Delivery up to 100W connecting an additional USB power supply from a dedicated Type C power port. Both units have local device ports, 1 Type A and 2 Type A each unit, while the Receiver features 2 HDMI® ports supporting Ultra HD resolutions up to 4K60.
Status LEDs help the user to check power, active host, link between Transmitter and Receiver and if data transfer is running while additional RS232 and FSYNC GPIO pass-though ports allow sending bi-directional commands also for industrial cameras. Switching between the 2 hosts can be done via front panel button on the Transmitter or can be set as automatic, it's also possible to control the extender via API commands.
With robust metal housing and mounting brackets, this Extender is the ideal solution for professional applications and industrial environments.
The power supply is connected via a screw type DC jack, providing a more secure and reliable connection, perfect for professional installations where accidental disconnections could create a major issue.
*: To get the best performances we recommend using HDBaseT-certified Cat.6A (or above) cables.
Please Note: switching between the 2 hosts can take a few seconds, please download the latest DisplayLink drivers.
This extender is certified by HDBaseT Alliance.
HDBaseT is a globally recognised standard for high quality distribution of AV content and other technologies, including power and control, over longer distances via low cost Cat.6 or above cable.

With the Lindy SFP Port Blocker Key, the user can quickly block open SFP ports and easily prevent users from connecting cables, devices or inserting foreign objects without permission. This helps protect against unauthorised access to a network or system, as well as preventing unintentional or malicious damage to ports. It can also act as a visual cue, showing inactive or disconnected ports, ideal for use in schools, office or other public sector environments.
The semi-permanent SFP Port Blocker is made up of a moulded plastic blocking cap that plugs securely into the SFP port with a special insertion key. The blocker latches into the SFP just as a network cable would and remains in place until removed using the insertion key.
To use, simply attach a blocker to the key and plug it into the port. Hold the blocker in place and pull away the Key. To remove simply insert the Key back into the blocker until it clicks and pull it away.
Security Note: The Port Blockers will only act as a basic physical & visual deterrent to tampering. It will not prevent a determined attacker, intent on gaining physical access to a SFP port.

USB Port Blockers are useful little devices that system administrators can use to physically prevent access to USB ports. USB Port Blockers allow locks to be inserted and removed from USB ports to stop unauthorised users from inserting pen drives, USB mass storage and mobile devices into shared workstations or devices with USB ports in public spaces.
To use, simply attach a lock to the key and insert it into the USB port. Release the sliding mechanism on the key to leave the lock in place. To remove, simply insert the key back into the lock and pull away.
Please note: this key is only compatible with the corresponding colour of port blocker.
