The LINDY In-Desk USB Hub fits neatly into your desks pre-cut holes and connects easily to your computer to provide an extra 3 USB 3.0 ports, a card reader and audio ports for the connection of a headphone or speakers and a microphone. The clever design keeps your desk clutter down to a minimum whilst still giving you quick and easy access to USB ports.
The integrated card reader supports the following card types:SDXC / SDHC / SD / Micro SDHC / Micro SD / MMC / RS-MMC
The main body of the hub can be removed from its outer ring to aide installation. This outer ring can then be used for cable management as well as the hub's home.
The USB In-Desk Hub is perfect for use with USB storage devices and USB cables to connect your peripherals.
* Please Note: This hub is bus powered - it takes its power from the computer's USB port.
You can use it with both bus-powered USB devices (e.g keyboards, pen drives, MP3 players) and self-powered USB devices (e.g. printers and external hard drives with their own power supplies). When used with bus-powered peripherals it can support 3 devices with a total power consumption of up to 900mA. If you require additional power to be available for BUS powered devices, a power supply (not included) can be connected.
This USB cable can connect two USB peripherals (smartphone, mobile, MP3 player, etc.) with a USB 2.0 Micro B connector at the same time. The cable end with black Micro-B connector allows for charging and synchronisation via USB- the red Micro-B connector allows for charging only. Ideal with USB chargers, also in-car using the in-car charger adapter.
