This port is suitable for connecting external eSATA II- or USB 2.0 devices. It supports the Port multiplier function for the high-speed connection of several drives as well as the USB 2.0 specifications.
Various connection variants are available in connection with the LINDY Power-over-eSATA cables (Art. No. 33680 - 33691). External SATA II devices can also be supplied with additional power (5V) via the USB interface by using this eSATA II & USB 2.0 port and appropriate cable.
