The LINDY Modular AV Face Plate System allows you to create your own custom face plates by using a combination of Snap-in Blocks and Keystone modules. Fit this USB A to A Keystone into a Keystone Snap-in Block and place into a face plate along side other Keystone and Snap-in modules.
These modules provide a full range of solutions for AV, networking, voice and audio installations. The wide selection of modules and face plates can be custom configured giving you greater control and flexibility.
Please Note: The LINDY Modular AV Face Plate System must be used in conjunction with LINDY Keystone Snap-in Blocks and Face Plates. Place this Keystone into either a Single Keystone Snap-in Blocks or Dual Keystone Snap-in Blocks which come in packs of four. Then use with a Single Gang Face Plate or Double Gang Face Plate.
The Lindy DisplayPort to DVI Converter is ideal for connecting a DisplayPort equipped source such as a PC or laptop to a DVI monitor. It supports high definition video resolutions up to 1920x1080@60Hz / 1920x1200@60Hz.
The compact dimensions mean it can be easily installed in restricted spaces, allowing for tidy installation behind PCs or for use with laptop workstations. The converter provides connectivity without the expense of having to replace legacy displays and cabling when upgrading to modern PCs or laptops.
This converter can also be used to add a secondary monitor for extended or mirrored desktop modes to increase productivity and screen real estate. Internal copper shielding provides enhanced reliability and compatibility.
The Lindy DisplayPort to VGA Converter is ideal for connecting a DisplayPort equipped source such as a PC or laptop to a VGA monitor. MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) technology enables the transmission of audio-/video signals to HD-TVs and home-entertainment devices to mobile devices (smartphone, digital camera,.......) using an appropriate interface.
Caution: This technology is only supported by a limited number of mobile devices at present. Make sure that your device provides a suitable MHL output

It can also be used in place of a monitor to keep the graphics card of a PC or server awake for remote access via IP. With support for resolutions up to 2160p including the ability to pass–through HDCP content, the Emulator is suitable for use with a wide variety of PC and AV applications. When used with the Lindy HDMI / VGA / DVI EDID Recorder (32120) this compact device can provide cloned EDID information to your graphics card.

Some computer systems, KVM switches and digital video signage systems may interrupt the flow of EDID data, or may not be able to pass this information directly back to the video card's output port. This adapter can be used to quickly and easily clone the EDID data from a HDMI display so that the graphics card has direct access to the correct data from the display, the cloning process takes less than 10 seconds!
