The Lindy USB 3.0 MiniDP Docking Station is a handy solution for connecting various peripherals to Microsoft Surface Pro devices or SurfaceBooks.
With its unique stretching arm design the USB 3.0 MiniDP Docking Station connects directly to your tablet/ultrabook, helping to reduce desk clutter whilst giving you access to a variety of common office devices. You can securely attach the Docking Station to the Kick Stand of a Surface Pro or to the screen bezel of an ultrabook (max. width 32cm, depth 2.7mm).
This Docking Station has been developed to provide simple, convenient access to the most commonly used interfaces, providing access to a 3 port USB hub and Gigabit LAN via its integrated USB 3.1 Type A Cable. The docking station can also accept a Mini DisplayPort video input which is converted to a HDMI output which is capable of resolutions of up to 4K Ultra HD (3840x2160p 30Hz), making it easy to connect to a HDMI monitor.

Information about USB 3.0, 3.1 & 3.2
USB 3.0, USB 3.1 and USB 3.2 PCs, cables and devices are all compatible with each other, when using either a USB Type A or USB Type C host interface.
USB 3.0, USB 3.1 Gen 1 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 all support data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps.
USB 3.1 Gen 2 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 both support data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps.

Caution: Important information: according to PTB, a test operation has just started on the DCF-77 sender which from now on sends weather data continuously in the first 14 bits of the sent data. Since these bits 1 to 14 are for all intents and purposes never identical as was previously the case, almost no synchronisation takes place between PC time with the WinClock software up to version v4.2 on this radio clock.
Please download the latest WinClick software under "Drivers". After doing so, everything should work perfectly again.

This emulator is designed for systems that require EDID/DDC signals to be continuously provided without interruption. Some computer systems, KVM switches and digital video signage systems may interrupt the data, or may not be able to pass this information directly back to the video card. This simple solution will clone the connected monitor's EDID/DDC and emulate them without interruption.
Saved default standard resolutions for use when cloning the monitor data is not possible.

HDMI Ethernet Channel (HEC)
The HDMI HEC Cable specification has an additional data channel that enables high speed bidirectional communication. Connected devices that include this feature will be able to send and receive data via 100mb/sec Ethernet, making them instantly ready for any IP based application.
It will also allow internet enabled HDMI devices to share their internet connection with other HDMI devices without the need for a separate Ethernet cable. This new feature will also provide the connection platform to allow HDMI enabled devices to share content between devices.
Audio Return Channel (ARC)
The HDMI specification has an Audio Return Channel that will reduce the number of cables required to deliver audio upstream for processing and playback. In cases where HDTV's are directly receiving audio and video content, the Audio Return Channel allows the HDTV to send the audio stream to the A/V receiver over the HDMI cable, eliminating the need for an extra cable.
3D
The HDMI specification defines common 3D formats and resolutions for HDMI-enabled devices. The specification will standardise the input/output portion of the home 3D system and will specify up to dual-stream 1080p resolution.
4K
The HDMI specification will enable HDMI devices to support high-definition (HD) resolutions four times beyond the resolution of 1080p. Support for 4K will allow the HDMI interface to transmit content at the same resolution as many digital theatres.

Content Type
Content Type enables, automated picture setting selection with no user intervention. The Content Type feature enables a display to auto-detect the correct viewing mode to match the Content Type it is receiving from a source device, and to switch modes when a new connected source is selected. Content Type supports content profiles for gaming, movie, photograph and text viewing modes.

HDMI supports multi-channel digital audio on a single cable. It transmits all ATSC HDTV standards and supports 8-channel, 192kHz, uncompressed digital audio and all currently available compressed formats (such as Dolby Digital & DTS), HDMI 1.3 adds additional support for new lossless digital audio formats Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master AudioTM with bandwidth to spare to accommodate future enhancements and requirements.

Expanded Support for Colour Spaces
HDMI technology supports colour spaces designed specifically for digital still cameras. By supporting sYCC601, Adobe RGB and AdobeYCC601, HDMI-enabled display devices will be capable of reproducing more accurate life-like colours when connected to a digital still camera.
The Lindy 45m DVI-D Dual Link Repeater can be used to extend high quality DVI digital signals up to distances of 45m, with no image degradation. This repeater supports a maximum resolution of 2560x1600@60Hz for high quality video playback.
Featuring a sleek compact design and a simple, efficient installation process, the repeater is ideal for use with professional AV/IT setups that require flexible longer length transmissions with no compromise on video performance. The female DVI-D ports are also perfect for connecting DVI source devices such as graphics cards to DVI displays and projectors.

Cat.6 cable for operating frequencies up to 250MHz. The unshielded version (U/UTP) can be used for Gigabit Ethernet thanks to the special design of the electrophysical parameters (NExT, FExT, etc.) despite the lack of shielding.
