The Lindy USB 2.0 Cat.5 Extender extends the distance between four USB peripheral devices and the computer up to distances of 100m using a single Cat.5e/6 or higher network cable.
The Extender is a two part hardware solution comprising of a transmitter that connects directly to your computer and a receiver that connects to the USB device.
With its robust aluminium housing with mounting points, it is the ideal solution for industrial environments, giving remote access to printers, scanners, web cams, CD/DVD burners and external HDD & flash drive storage. Two included power supplies ensure secure and uninterrupted electricity supplies.
The Lindy USB 2.0 IDE/SATA Enclosure 3.5" is an ideal solution to increase the storage and backup capabilities of a computer. Simply install a 3.5" SATA or IDE hard drive and connect it to a computer's USB port.
The enclosure features an On/Off switch and is accompanied by a USB 2.0 Type A to B cable and an external power supply. The robust aluminium housing guarantees excellent heat dissipation.
This Lindy USB 3.0 to SATA Converter allows users to easily connect 5.25", 3.5" or 2.5" SATA drives with fast performance to the USB Type A port of a computer without having to install the drive in an enclosure or computer. It is an ideal tool for computer technicians as well as for private users for quick backups. With plug & play installation, the converter can be easily connected and used instantly.
The Lindy USB 3.0 to SATA Converter is powered by the USB Bus, while a 12V optional PSU is required to use 3.5" and 5.25" drives.
The USB 3.0 to SATA Converter does not directly support 3.3V HDD/SSDs; for drives which require 3.3V, please use a SATA/Micro SATA Adapter.

USB 3.0, USB 3.1 and USB 3.2 PCs, cables and devices are all compatible with each other, when using either a USB Type A or USB Type C host interface.
USB 3.0, USB 3.1 Gen 1 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 all support data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps.
USB 3.1 Gen 2 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 both support data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps.
The LINDY USB 3.1 Ultra Slim Optical Drive Housing can be used with internal CD, DVD and Blu-ray Optical drives as an external USB enclosure. By using an adapter you can also install a SATA 2.5" drive or a SDD (Max 7mm Height).
