The Lindy 100m Cat.6 HDMI® 4K60, Audio, IR & RS-232 HDBaseT Transmitter is one part of a high performance, reliable solution for extending HDMI® signals over long distances via Cat.6 network cable. By combining this transmitter unit with a compatible Lindy HDBaseT receiver (i.e 38342), this solution ensures reliable transmission up to 100m.
The following distance and resolution combinations are possible when using high quality Cat.6 U/UTP or F/UTP cable:

Supporting resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD, video can be viewed in stunning clarity, while additional support for HDR (High Dynamic Range) allows content to be displayed with enhanced brightness, greater contrasts of blacks and whites and a much wider colour gamut. This provides a reliable solution for creating eye-catching digital signage in retail, immersive displays at events or engaging setups in larger conference rooms or lectures halls.
ARC support over HDMI® allows for audio content to be returned from the display to a connected amplifier or soundbar, while local audio extraction allows for the connection of audio outputs for immersive multi-channel audio. Digital audio embedding at the receiver side can also be used for source audio, which can easily be switching via the push button on the main unit.
PoC (Power over Cable) functionality provides additional flexibility. This allows power to be supplied alongside data through Cat.6 network cable in a point-to-point connection between the transmitter and receiver, meaning only a single power supply is required at the transmitter unit. Featuring bi-directional IR ports at both sides of the setup, the source equipment can be easily controlled from the display side, and the display can also be controlled from the HDMI® source side. Combined with CEC control, which allows commands from one main remote, this extension system allows for complete and simple control for the user. Bi-directional RS-232 and Ethernet ports also allow for integration into larger control systems, or connection to network switches and hubs with LAN access.
In addition, the power supply is connected via a screw type DC jack, providing a more secure and reliable connection, perfect for professional installations where accidental disconnections could create a major issue.

The Lindy 150m Cat.6 4x4 HDMI® 4K60 HDBaseT Matrix Extender is an high-end and complete solution to switch and extend 4 HDMI® signals to 4 HDBaseT receivers using Cat.6 or above cables up to 150m.
Supporting resolutions up to 4K60Hz including HDR and 1080p, the Matrix Extender is designed for use in Pro AV and digital signage applications for a variety of settings such as education, retail, immersive displays at events and conference rooms.

As well as HDMI® audio pass-through, individual Coax ports allow for a separate connection of digital speaker systems and amplifiers, creating immersive audio experiences to compliment the video content. The Audio Return Channel (ARC) feature allows audio to be sent from a TV to an audio system or soundbar over the same HDMI® cable that is used to send video to the TV. This eliminates the need for a separate audio cable and simplifies the setup process.
