The Lindy 70m Cat.6 4 Port HDMI® & IR Splitter Extender is a simple to use plug and play solution that allows users to extend an HDMI® signal up to 70m and then distribute that signal to four displays using low cost Cat.6 UUTP cable (not included). For added convenience IR signals (20-60kHz) can also be extended using the supplied IR receiver and emitter cables.
Supporting resolutions up to 4K30, including 1080p 3D, the Splitter Extender is designed for use in AV and digital signage applications for a variety of settings such as home, education, business, retail and healthcare.
An integrated HDMI® loop-through output on the transmitter unit enables simultaneous viewing so that a local display can be connected for monitoring, or to create an additional viewing zone. For larger installations, the HDMI® loop-through port can also be used to cascade up to 3 transmitters allowing up to 12 displays to be connected to a single source.
The HDMI® loop-through port also allows the Splitter Extender to clone the EDID of a connected display. An integrated EDID emulation system provides EDID presets for ultimate compatibility with a variety of EDID enabled devices.
Power over Cable (PoC) functionality provides power for the complete installation using only a single power supply connected to the transmitter - a perfect solution for retro fit installations where receivers may be located away from a mains power supply. The power supply is connected via a screw type DC jack, providing a secure and reliable connection, ideal for installations where accidental disconnections could occur. For added convenience the Splitter Extender_s slim design and integrated mounting brackets make it easy to install in limited spaces behind modern flat screen displays.

Scalable Content Distribution
This Cat.6 splitter allows for distribution to up 4 remote locations using the included receivers, at up to 70m in distance, ideal for sharing content simultaneously in sports bars or events. The local HDMI® output on the splitter allows for monitoring using a connected display, or alternatively can be combined with up to 2 additional Cat.6 splitters for even larger scale content distribution.

Professional HDMI® Content Distribution
This 4x4 matrix allows for the distribution of HDMI® content to 4 separate locations, using the included receivers, at up to 70m in distance, perfect for splitting or switching content to various displays in sports bars, events or residential home cinemas.
