The Lindy RJ-45 Cat.6A Break-Away Adapter is a practical and innovative solution designed to allow quick release of RJ-45 cables. This adapter is perfect for environments where fast and frequent disconnection is a possible issue such as hospitals, office environments and schools. This ensures that your devices remain undamaged.
The Cat.6A specification supports high-speed data transmission up to 10Gbps compliant with Cat.6A specification to meet the requirements of 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBaseT) with an operating frequency of up to 500MHz, making it suitable for demanding network applications. The 0.2m length is ideal for short, tidy connections, reducing cable clutter while maintaining robust performance.
A robust and flexible cable allows the adapter to be used in a multitude of environments providing great flexibility in your setups, including a snagless connector ensuring quick and easy installation with no hassle.
The Anthra Line USB 3.2 Type C to A cable from Lindy's Cable Lines concept is the professional choice for high performance connections in commercial AV and IT installations.
Anthra Line USB 3.2 cables are premium connections that feature triple shielded construction with tinned copper conductors for performance and corrosion resistance. High quality gold plated contacts and connectors maintain optimal signal integrity and maximum reliability.
USB bandwidths up to 10Gbps are supported for rapid transfer of large data volumes.
We have adapted the naming of our USB 3 cables to follow the updated USB specification.
USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 Gen 1 have been renamed to USB 3.2 Gen 1, supporting data transfer up to 5Gbps
USB 3.1 and USB 3.1 Gen 2 are now called USB 3.2 Gen 2, supporting data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps
USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 is a new standard, supporting data transfer rates up to 20 Gbps
USB 3.0, USB 3.1 and USB 3.2 PCs, cables and devices are all compatible with each other, when using either a USB Type A or USB Type C host interface.
The Anthra Line USB 2.0 Type C to Female A cables from Lindy's Cable Lines concept are the professional choice for high performance connections in commercial AV and IT installations.
Anthra Line USB 2.0 cables are premium connections that feature double shielded construction with tinned copper conductors for performance and corrosion resistance. High quality gold plated contacts and connectors maintain signal integrity and reliability.
Data transfer speeds up to 480Mbps are supported for the quick and effortless transfer of large data volumes.
USB Type C features a reversible connector, so no matter which orientation the cable is inserted, a connection will always be found. This connector allows a fully bi-directional cable with automatic host and device negotiation.
The Lindy Power Adapter Cable is a high-performance adapter, allowing users to connect a hard disk or CD/DVD-ROM drive, equipped with a standard LP4 Molex type power connector, to a computer's SATA power supply. Ideal for adding older devices to a newer SATA equipped computer.

Cables and adapters are the foundation of every reliable connection between laptop, computer, monitor, network and peripherals. Whether for data transfer, video signal or power supply: the right choice determines data rate, picture quality and stability. Lindy offers a broad range for offices, home offices, data centres and AV installations, tailored to the requirements of IT departments and system integrators.
HDMI cables and adapters transmit picture and sound losslessly to displays and projectors. Ultra High Speed HDMI cables support 4K at 120Hz and 8K at 60Hz, and fibre optic HDMI cables are available for long distances.
DisplayPort cables and adapters connect graphics card and monitor with high bandwidth, HDR and multi-monitor operation via a single port. Adapters to HDMI, DVI or VGA integrate older displays.
USB and USB-C cables connect laptops, tablets, smartphones and peripherals. USB-C cables differ considerably: depending on the version, they transfer data at 480 Mbit/s up to 40 Gbit/s, video up to 8K and power via Power Delivery at 60W, 100W or 240W. For more than 60W, a cable with an e-marker is required.
Network cables, also known as Ethernet cables, consist of twisted wire pairs with RJ45 connectors. Cat5e achieves 1 Gbit/s, Cat6a with 500 MHz already reaches 10 Gbit/s over 100m and is the current standard for structured cabling. Cat8 is designed for short runs in the data centre.
Check the connectors at both ends, the functions you need, the bandwidth and the length.
No. The connector is identical, but data rate, video support and charging power differ considerably from cable to cable.
For new installations, at least Cat6a is recommended, as it enables 10 Gbit/s over the full length of 100m.
At 4K and above, passive HDMI and DisplayPort cables can reach their limits from around 3 to 5m, depending on the resolution. For longer distances, active cables or fibre optic cables ensure stable video transmission.
Cables and adapters from Lindy: With more than 90 years of experience, Lindy sells cables and adapters in its own product lines such as Anthra Line or Black Line. System integrators and IT departments receive advice on projects and volume pricing from our technical sales team.
