This splitter cable allows two monitors to be connected to a computer's single DVI port. It's a passive cable which simply splits a single DVI signal into two without any amplification or signal regeneration, making it an ideal, cost effective solution for shorter installations.

Please note: In some instances, Monitor EDID cloning is necessary for proper video display. Connect the transmitter unit (blue device) to the monitor/display and turn it on. Wait a few seconds for the EDID data to be cloned into the transmitter unit. Only then can the adapter be connected to the PC.
