Cat.5e cable, designed for operating frequencies up to 100MHz. The unshielded version (U/UTP) is designed in its electrophysical parameters (NExT, FExT etc.) in such a way that it can be used for Gigabit Ethernet despite the lack of shielding. These cables are manufactured and tested according to the ISO/IEC 11801 specification. The cables are packaged individually in a polybag.
The gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-free connections over extensive periods of time. A robust snagless strain relief design prevents damage to the connector latch during installation and removal.

With its USB A male and USB A female connector it allows Type A devices such as storage devices, webcams and other Type A devices to be connected at longer distances to PCs, laptops and tablets, while also ensuring flexible positioning. Up to 2 extension cables can be chained together to achieve a distance of 30m.

The high frequencies used in network technology cause a high current load in the outer layers of the conductors due to the skin effect , while the conductor cores are only subjected to very low electrical loads. This allows the use of copper clad aluminium (CCA) conductor material, making this cable more cost-effective than pure copper cables.
