Lindy Fibre Optic Hybrid DisplayPort cables are an all-in-one advanced solution which provide transmission distances that far exceed the maximum supported by standard copper only cables.
Perfect for professional and home cinema environments these cables feature active fibre optic technology integrated into the DisplayPort connectors to allow signal transmission from a source to display over the longest possible distances.
Support for resolutions up to Ultra HD 4096x2160@60Hz 4:4:4 10bit makes these cables suitable for use with advanced DisplayPort enabled sources and displays.
The slimline copper and fibre hybrid construction allows easy installation into recessed, tight spaces. Advanced EMI & RF resistance makes these cables ideal for use in electronically sensitive environments.
Please Note: The cable can only be used in one direction. The connector labelled “source” must be connected to a source device. The connector labelled “display” must be connected to a projector or display.
The Lindy Fibre Optic USB 3.0 Cable supports far longer distances than standard copper cables whilst retaining SuperSpeed transfer rates of up to 5Gbps. A lighter and more flexible construction makes this cable simple to install with cable trays and through conduits, whilst low RFI/EMI ensures that the cable can be installed in the most sensitive of environments.
For added convenience the Fibre Optic USB 3.0 cable is supplied with a USB Micro-B cable and a power supply, which can be connected should additional power be required.
The Lindy Cat.5 USB Extender can be used to extend the distance between a USB device and a host computer by up to 50m. It consists of a local unit, which can be connected to the computer or laptop and a remote unit which connects to USB devices including webcams and storage devices, perfect for long distance access to files or in video conferencing scenarios. Standard, low cost Cat.5e/6 cable (not included) is used to connect the two units together.
The Lindy Cat.5 USB Extender is compatible with all major USB enabled operating systems and allows the distance between a USB device and a host computer to be extended to 50m length using standard Cat.5e/6 network cable (not included). With its advanced chipset design it's especially suitable for use with USB 1.1 multimedia devices such as whiteboards and webcams.
For most standard devices, including printers, scanners etc., it can extend the connection distance by up to 50m. For certain low speed devices, such as keyboards and mice, this can be increased to up to 100m. The Extender is powered by the USB Bus.
The LINDY CAT5e RJ45 U/UTP patch leads are manufactured and tested to conform with ISO 11801 specification. The unique snagless strain relief design prevents damage to the connector latch during installation and removal. These cables are ideal for connecting computers, hubs, switches, print servers and patch panels but are finding more and more uses in AV applications and security cameras.
