As of 2015, Samsung have stopped implementing MHL in their flagship Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
The Galaxy S6, S6 edge, S6 edge plus, Note 5, A3, A5, A7 and A8 do not have MHL capabilities. 

This MHL Docking Station allows you to use your Samsung Galaxy S3, S4, Note 2, Note 3 & Note 8 just like a standard PC, by connecting a HD monitor, USB keyboard, mouse and external storage or even a USB hub.
