The LINDY Multilane Quad Drive RAID System features a high speed SAS interface (SFF-8470) allowing you to transfer data at up to 12 Gigabits per second (4 x 3 Gigabits) and can hold up 8 Terabytes of storage (4 x 2TB) using SATA Hard Drives (not supplied) making it the perfect storage addition to any computer or server.
The Enclosure can be connected to any compatible computer using standard SAS or SATA Multilane cables. If your computer does not feature a compatible port you can simply add a SATA Multilane PCI card to add this functionality. When connected to a SATA or SAS controller with RAID functionality the LINDY Multilane Quad Drive RAID System will provide compatibility with all RAID levels supported by the controller.

Also available is our USB Active Extension System which can support distances of up to 56m.
The LINDY Panel Mount USB Extension Cable uses built-in active electronics to extend the cable length of a USB 2.0 device by an additional 5m. It can be used as part of a daisy chain with other active 5m extension cables to achieve a total distance of 25m.
The cable's unique, panel mount design allows the active electronics to fitted into a standard USB connector - an advantage over other active USB leads which use special, bulky connectors.
The Lindy Micro-USB to Serial Converter allows the user to easily connect peripheral devices featuring 9 Way Serial RS232 to a USB Type Micro-B port. This device is a perfect solution for connecting legacy RS232 equipment such as barcode scanners, POS terminals and industrial metering devices to Android smartphones or tablets in retail, IT and digital signage scenarios, offering high flexibility and mobility.
The converter is powered via the USB port. An additional USB Type A connector allows external powering by a power bank or USB power supply. To use the Micro-B to Serial Converter the FTDI AOA Hyperterm app must be installed from the Google Play Store.
