The DST Micro is a lightweight travel docking station, unlocking greater connectivity on your device, on the go. Part of Lindy' s expert range of Laptop Docking Stations, this product has been designed to make travelling with your tech easy and stress-free.
Portability.
As laptops become slimmer with smaller form factors, key ports such as HDMI® and USB Type A, are increasingly hard to come by. However, if you travel with your tech, a full-sized USB Hub or Docking Station isn' t always feasible and can add additional bulk and weight to your bag.
The DST Micro provides the solution to this. With an incredibly small form factor and retractable USB-C connector, this pocket-sized product allows you to expand your laptops connectivity without adding additional bulk to your travel bag.
Approximately 75x38.5x8.5mm, this docking station can easily fit in a pocket, laptop bag or case.
Versatile.
This micro docking station delivers an HDMI® port with Ultra HD 4k capability as well as a SuperSpeed USB Type A port (5Gbps). There is also a USB-C charging port with pass-through charging up to 100W. Although this docking station may be small, its connectivity potential is mighty.

The Lindy USB 3.2 Type C to HDMI®, USB & Power Delivery Converter allows users to maximise the functionality of a single USB 3.2 Type C port by connecting and simultaneously using an HDMI® display and USB SuperSpeed peripheral as well as a USB Type C power supply to your MacBook, ultrabook or notebook. The only requirement is that the computer supports the DisplayPort Alternate Mode.
This converter features a combined USB Type C data & power port which supports Power Delivery up to 100W or alternatively transfer data at up to 10Gbps. If a Type-C power supply is connected, the notebook or Macbook can be charged and/or powered via it's Type C port at the same time as operating the connected peripherals.
With support for resolutions up to 3840x2160p 60Hz, the converter is ideal for use by designers and video editors. Installation is simple as no drivers are required, while Type-C's reversible design has been developed to work regardless of which way the cable is inserted into the port.
The Lindy USB 3.2 Gen 1 Active Extension Cable uses built-in active electronics to extend the cable length of a USB 3.2 device by an additional 5m whilst continuing to support fast and efficient data transfer rates of up to 5Gbps. With a reversible Type C input connector and Type A female port, this extension cable allows Type A devices such as pen drives, cameras or smartphones to be connected at longer distances with no compromise on data transfer speeds, ideal for when the Type C device is hard to repeatedly access or when connecting USB devices that are required at a distance such as boardroom webcams.
Compatible with all USB 3.2 Type C/Thunderbolt equipped computers, this is a perfect extension tool for the latest laptops, Macbooks and Type C computers which, with plug and play functionality, can be installed quickly and with minimum fuss.
The USB Active Extension Cable also features a USB Micro-B socket for connecting an external power supply (not included) when using USB peripherals which have higher power requirements. Please note, that USB Power Delivery and DisplayPort Alternate Mode are not supported.

USB 3.0, USB 3.1 and USB 3.2 PCs, cables and devices are all compatible with each other, when using either a USB Type A or USB Type C host interface.
USB 3.0, USB 3.1 Gen 1 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 all support data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps.
USB 3.1 Gen 2 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 both support data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps.
The Lindy Fibre Optic USB 3.0 Cable supports far longer distances than standard copper cables whilst retaining SuperSpeed transfer rates of up to 5Gbps. Up to 3 cables can be connected in series up to a length of 90m.
A lighter and more flexible construction makes this cable simple to install with cable trays and through conduits, whilst low RFI/EMI ensures that the cable can be installed in the most sensitive of environments. It supports isochronous data transfer, improving the timely delivery of data packets, which makes it ideal for synchronizing video and audio streams. This device is fully compatible with, and can be used to extend signals from, 4K USB 3.1/3.0 webcams and video conferencing systems.
For added convenience the Fibre Optic USB 3.0 cable also features a USB Type A cable for power supply via the USB 3.0 bus with 5V and 900mA.

The Lindy Hybrid USB 3.2 Cable extends a USB port by 35m, far longer than is possible with standard or active copper cables, whilst retaining SuperSpeed transfer rates of up to 10Gbps (backwards compatible with USB 2.0 devices). This Hybrid Cable supports a variety of USB devices like storage media or webcams. It is fully compatible with, and can be used to extend signals from, 4K USB 3.2/3.1 webcams and video conferencing systems.
The screw-locking design of the USB Type A socket ensures a secure connection of the device.

Extended Displays
Unlike other docking stations, the DST-Mx Duo can support two external displays at 4k resolution with your MacBook. This is thanks to the docks support for MST (Multi Stream Transport) for Mac. There are two HDMI® ports, one with 60Hz capability and the other with 30Hz. Simply plug in your HDMI® displays and the docking station will provide Ultra HD resolution through a single USB-C connection.
Versatile

The Lindy USB Active Extension Cable Pro is a high performance active cable that allows access to USB 3.0 SuperSpeed peripherals over long distances. With support for data transfer speeds of up to 5Gbps this extension cable is perfect for transferring large data volumes quickly and reliably.
This 20m extension cable can be used standalone or as part of the Lindy USB 3.0 Active Extension System Pro. This system is a modular solution that can combine multiple USB Active Extension Pro cables and a USB 3.0 Active Extension Pro hub to distribute USB signals to up to 4 devices at up to about 40m (depending on the cable configurations used).
Please note that only the USB 3.0 Active Extension Pro 8m (Nr. 43158) or 15m (Nr. 43229) can be connected directly to your computer. If you are creating an extension using multiple units from the Extension Pro System then the first unit must always be the USB 3.0 Active Extension Pro 8m (Nr. 43158) or 15m (Nr. 43229). Once the first cable has been connected, you can then cascade further cables to achieve a maximum distance of 40m. The final part of the extension can be any of the three parts of the Extension Pro System. When is a USB extender necessary?
Standard USB cables are limited to a few meters depending on the generation. USB extenders extend signal transmission over Cat.6, fiber optic, or Ethernet to significantly greater distances.
What is a USB sharing switch?
A USB sharing switch allows multiple computers to share the same USB peripherals for example a printer or storage device without constantly swapping cables.
What is the difference between USB 3.2 and USB 4?
USB 4 is based on the Thunderbolt 3 specification and supports data rates up to 40 Gbit/s as well as native DisplayPort transmission. USB 3.2 Gen 2 reaches 10 Gbit/s, Gen 2x2 up to 20 Gbit/s.
