The Lindy Micro-HDMI® to VGA and Audio Converter connects a HDMI® source such as a laptop, ultrabook or PC to a VGA display, with a seperate 3.5mm port for connection with analogue speakers.
It converts the HDMI® signal (along with the associated digital audio stream) into an analogue VGA signal, simultaneously extracting the audio for a stereo speaker connection. Full HD signals are supported, including 1080p for HDTV connections and up to 1920x1200 for PC VGA monitors.
No external power source is required, which makes this converter the perfect tool for flexible working in different environments, whether itâ__s in the office, travelling to hold presentations or at home, as it also permits the use of older VGA monitors or projectors to display content.
